Futurebuild Queensland is the state's only dedicated trade exhibition for the building, design and development sectors. Held annually, it brings together the entire state’s design and build ecosystem for two days of product discovery, industry connection and business opportunities that help shape how Queensland builds.
This is the central paradox of the contemporary Australian suburb: its social life has become more inventive, more culturally layered, and more economically dynamic, while its built form remains stubbornly generic, repetitive, and under-serviced.

Work Content
本次招标将确定本项目的建筑方案，中标单位将负责地块红线范围内的建筑方案设计、设计报建配合、直至方案设计核查报建通过，含施工配合及竣工验收配合等工作。具体工作内容参照设计合同内容执行。

（1）本次招标将采用公开报名资格预审的方式。凡具有类似相关业绩的设计单位均可报名参加。资格预审委员会将在公开报名的设计单位中择优选取5家入围投标单位进入第二阶段的设计竞标阶段，
